email notification

I want to sent the email notification to the Assignment group members 

which one is the best practice to do that ? coz assignment_group.include members  in "who will received" is not working

It should work but make sure includes members is true at group level and then automatically when email sent to group, it goes to members as well.

it definitely works, I did it myself at my current customer.
Did you configure it like this: 


Are you sure the e-mail is getting triggered correctly? Did you also double check that all members have an email address in their user profile?

You can do it in 2 ways,

1. In Notification add assignment_group in select tab of who will receive

2. You can do it by script 

gs.eventQueue("send.notification.when.request.closed", current, current.assignement_group, "");

and in notification select checkbox "Event parm 1 contain recipient"

it should work fine as lot of OOTB notifications do use Assignment Group as email recipients

Things to check

1) does that group have members who are active, not locked out and have notification preferences enabled
