Enable risk assessment on change form

I want to enable the risk assessment show in below youtube video on change form in our instance.

Kindly guide how can I enable it.

This are only options on normal change form in our instance which does not have risk assessment option shown in video

Wanted to know does activating the plugin have impact on license consumption or impact on instance behavior?

Hello Ankita

No activating plugin do not have any effect on instance as it ia provided by Servicenow itself

Related to license,some plugins when activated on Production instance can consume license but on development and Test instance you can activate any plugin even on PDI as well you can  acitivate it without worrying about license

How will I know the charge of subscription and its details
