Error message in Service Portal - Failing widget: 'Data Table from Instance Definition'

Hi Team,

I am using  "Data table from instance definition widget" to list active outages in Service Portal.

When i load the page in Service Portal , i am receiving the below error messages.
Could you please help me with the issue.

Error messages

java.lang.NullPointerException

Script source code logged to console

Failing widget: 'Data Table from Instance Definition' (38058ff1cb11020000f8d856634c9xxx)

Was this working previously and just stopped?

Is that a custom widget? If so, try the OOTB widget and see if you have the same issue.
