Error trying to upgrade RPA Desktop Design Studio from V5.1.0 to V7

I am receiving an error when trying to uninstall RPA Desktop Design Studio V5.1.0 which is required to upgrade / install v7

All of the files are within the specified file location (C:\Program Files\ServiceNow\RPA Desktop Design Studio\...)
