Error while uploading file on virtual agent

Hi,
I am facing an issue while I am uploading a file on a virtual agent it shows me this error "We couldn't process your file at this time. Please try uploading again."
and again ask me to upload a file

If anyone knows please help!

Did you create the topic yourself? if yes, start with debugging and see how the step is catching the file and find out why it is failing.

i reached out to ServiceNow team, and they told  that we have some issue in our instance that's why it is not uploading and keeps loading 
Then they did some changes on the call, and it worked
