Error while uploading file on virtual agent

Hi,
I am facing an issue while I am uploading a file on a virtual agent it shows me this error "We couldn't process your file at this time. Please try uploading again."
and again ask me to upload a file

If anyone knows please help!

Hi @UditKumarS ,

You may want to add logging before and after the topic execution to see how the object behaves during the upload process. This should help identify where it’s failing.

They done some changes on their side and done some changes in properties.
