Has anyone had any experience mapping ServiceNow to an external source such as Erwin Data Modeler?
We have a requirement to map our ServiceNow instance (Tables \ Columns etc) to Erwin Data Modeler.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience of this with Erwin (or a similar data modeler) and any feedback on how it was done? It seems to me to be a huge and complex task to do but just looking for any feedback from the community on it.
