Theme and Branding for CSM/FSM configurable workspace

I want to change the logo and theme/branding for the Vancouver/Washington dc release workspace. I tried below solution but that is not working for me:

1. Created new theme in table sys_ux_theme for branding but it is not reflecting

2.  For logo tried this solution https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0964327

 

both are not working for me, Can someone help me ?

May be wired, try cache.do

 

and clear browser cache and try.

Can you help me with the branding, Like I want to make the portal and workspace theme to be same. how can I do this?

for portal some different/custom theme we have built, we want same for workspace. but this is not working for me. in ui builder the branding and theme is set to Polaris and I am not able to change. From the backend I have created theme in table sys_ux_theme  which is for this workspace. 

so Want to change the theme as portal for workspace or just want to change the theme
