ESS portal issue

How can we see closed/resolved incidents & problem records in ESS portal?

(User already have admin & itil_admin role still he is not able to see the closed/resolved incidents & problem records)

You mean, you want to see the closed  record in SP portal as end user?

Only the logged in user can see the closed records but must be raised by him/her or for him/her. Problem records not part of this list. Only Req and Incident.
