Hi Community members,
We have created a catalog item and attached an execution plan to it and execution plan is on sc_task table and having 4 records to opened when catalog item is submitted .
However, when catalog item is submitted, we are able to se four sc_task getting generated but when I close one sc_task then the other task next in order should have state = open but its state remains pending .
Can anyone please help me understand why state transition is not happening for other tasks on closure of first task .
