External Login Screen

I have enabled SSO - however i have two login methods available. I would like the external login to the default please. Can you walk me through this process? I do not want the local login being primary - as the external login uses our SSO service.

I have now worked through the problem.  I didn't need to see the service portal login page but use the Azure SSO prompt to automatically log me in.

To ensure this worked all i simply had to do was Set Redirect IDP.  This when browsing to my service portal took me through to the SSO screen and logged me in to my portal.

Hope this helps someone else, easy when you know how.

Thank you, Mike.

1) was SSO enabled?  System Properties --> Single Sign-On -  Enable external Authentication.

2) Multi provider SSO  - Identity provider - should have a default

Thank you.

Looking at Option 2 I do have our MS Azure SSO setup as default.  Although when going to the portal login page or admin end the user and password box appears as default and you have to select external login.

I have LDAP enabled as well, as we need this to populate user lists.

Option 1 in your response does not present the menu options to me.

Thank you, Mike.

Hi Michael,

Please navigate to Multi-Provider SSO module and configure the Identity Providers.

You need to connect with your SSO application team and get the necessary SSO cert file to upload here.

Please let me know if you need more details or stuck in configuration.

Thank you Ashish.  I have the Cert already added - and SSO works great as long as i use the external login option as opposed to the local login.  I just want to set it as the external login as default.
