Has anyone tried configuring an external web crawler (like their Sharepoint search crawler) to crawl their ServiceNow instance's Knowledge articles?
Does the fact that there are "permalinks" available for articles make it possible?
For example: https://instancename.service-now.com/kb_view_customer.do?sysparm_article=KB0010010
If I start a crawler at "instancename.service-now.com" will it find all my knowledge articles to index?
Best regards,
Marty

Hi Martin,
it seems like there have been some successes at webcrawling Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow:
Knowledge Base Article Views and Webcrawlers
Working with Internet Search Engines and their Crawlers
Enhancing KB Articles with metadata for SEO and Social Sharing
Google Custom Search Integration - ServiceNow Wiki
Public access to Knowledge Base articles on HI
Hope these help.
Kind regards,
Alexandra
