I am getting an error when access my Service Catalog and am unsure how to fix it?

Hey Vallabh!!

Thanks for the reply, but not sure what's causing this but it isnt on a specific Catalog item. This error comes up just be opening the Service Catalog, would that be a different issue? The sys_id I get in my error is f2ff0622d7000200a9ad1e173e24d4f3, which is the sys id to the Category Page widget not a Catalog Item?

I think this is related OOTB issue . Here in the KB article it is saying to raise HI ticket. Please once look at these links.
