Notification Bell icon is missing for some users in ServiceNow San Diego instance

Some of our users are reporting this issue which the notification bell icon seems to be missing, does Next Experience have any settings to control when that icon should or should not appear?

Hi @Elder Louzada ,

I think it's visible by default for "Next Experience UI" which is available in San Diego and later version.

However, for "UI16", the icon is only visible in Agent Workspace.

 "bell icon" is a notification icon in a workspace. Setup a workspace and send a notification to see it.

But that problem is happening in the Next Experience UI itself, the users who reported it are not using UI16 anymore
