False Annotations Created for Mandatory Catalog Variables

Erik Nelson

Hello!

The question has come up as to why mandatory catalog variables are generating a false "annotation" when being viewed on a RITM and SCTASK. We aren't defining these ourselves and they're just defaulting to essentially a callout that the field is mandatory:

Since it happens for all mandatory fields, I'm presuming this is some type of system property handling it. Does anyone know what's generating it and how to potentially turn it off?

Thanks,

Erik
