Field Attributes - ref_contributions in particular NOT working in agent Workspace

Field Attributes not working in Agent workspace. For example caller_id field on incident form has ref_contributions=vip_icon;Set_Customer_to_Current_User;show_customer_computers. Which shows the caller/customer is a VIP, set me as caller, show my computers. When I click on computer icon, a popup screen displays my computers.

These ref_contributions are not even appearing in agent workspace on any field.

Hi,

Agent Workspace does not support macros.

Thank you Raghav. Is there  away to call UI page and perform some actions from the UI page? 

I am not sure how to use Configure a field action as a decorator in workspace to call UI page.

For example: We have UI Macro and UI page with in that macro to show customer computers when click on computer icon next to the Customer user field. When this icon is clicked, it opens a popup window with customer computers and then button next to each record. When we click on this button, we run some script to set the end user computer and update the incident record.

You can create ui action on agent workspace and call your existing ui page from that ui button.
