Floating Button on incident form

Hi All,

 

I have created custom UI action i.e. "test bridge" on incident form header. Now requirement is instead of form header they want, left or right in the middle of the form shown below, and it should be a floating button. (Not on service portal/workspace).

Is there any way to create an floating button on forms in ServiceNow. Ever created anything like that, is it possible.

not possible.

it can be either on form header or at bottom.

Inform your customer about the platform OOTB behavior and limitation and ask them to train their agents.

Hi @krishna115 ,

UI Action work either on form header or bottom. ServiceNow will not allow to create floating button in the middle of the form.
