Good morning,
I have a request to establish a flow that can close any open RITMs that remain unapproved by the customers supervisor for more than 30 days. In other words, I am trying to close any RITM that has been opened for more than 30 days if the request has not been approved.
So far I can get the approval record to be changed to "no longer required" and I would like the stage for the RITM to be changed to "Request Cancelled".
Step 1. Change state of approval to "no longer required" Complete.
Step 2. Once the approval record changes to "No longer required" update RITM to "Request Cancelled".
Step 3. After RITM has been updated to "Request Cancelled" close request.
In my environment, we already have a workflow that will close the REQ once the RITM has been set to any of the closed states so im sure this would work once step 2 is completed.
This is what I have currently for the approval record which works.
If possible, can this be done with little to no scripting?
