Hello All,
We have already customization instance but our client need fresh as OOB instance .We are working on service catalog rebuild functionalities of custom fields that which created in OOB table.
We have a custom field called step in sc_req_item table .
step having values as approval, fulfillment, verification, completed.
We created step as a variable and using those variable where ever they are using step filed.
But we are facing the issue on wait for condition how to add the condition step is approval, fulfillment, verification, completed as a variable.
Can anyone help us on that.
