Flow Designer - "Call a Workflow" does not list all the Workflows

Hello Community,

we would like to create an request from the Service Catalog with the help of the Flow Designer.
I already activated the Flow Designer - Service Catalog Plugin.

My problem now is that I can´t select an already created and in use approval Workflow in the Flow Designer - Call a Workflow field.

Do they need to be in a certain condition or status? Or do I need to activate something else to see all Workflows there?
I already looked in the docs and browsed the Internet but found nothing.

I hope someone of you got an Idea or a solution to help me.

Best Regards

Hi,

You can select only a published and active workflow, please check it accordingly.

For any other information, please refer to the following official documentation:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/madrid-servicenow-platform/page/administer/flow-designer/concept/...

If I have answered your question, please mark my response as correct and/or helpful so that others with the same question in the future can find it quickly and that it gets removed from the Unanswered list.

Thank you

Cheers
Alberto

I am having the same issue, not all workflows that are active and published are showing as available options in the Flow Designer 'Call Workflow' options.

Verified that they are both active and published, and even compared with the ones that do show up, could not find a reason for it.
