User access to Flow Designer (servicenow.com)
According to the above link, (in the first paragraph) 'Administrators can grant users access to Flow Designer by assigning delegated development permissions or directly assigning a user role'.
[user_assigned_roles.png] | In accordance, I assigned a user with no other role than the default the flow_designer role. With this, I checked that flow_operator is provided as well.
[missing_flow_designer_in_menu.png] | Then I selected the same user with [impersonate user] role. I am still unable to see 'flow' after I logged out/in before taking the same step.
I seem to be missing something - may I be informed?

Hi there,
If you search for 'Process Automation' in the left-hand app navigator, does anything come up?

Hey all, as I tested the view of flow_designer in another instance (I suppose we could regard it as staging, in dev/staging/production) I am now able to see both the upper menu [Process Automation] and the tree below with [Flow Designer]. Hm.. I was not present when these instances were setup and roles assigned, but I had thought the [Flow Designer] was a default role provisioned by SNOW. Perhaps not altoghether?

No.
Roles are administered by the customer/partner that manages the instance, not by ServiceNow.
