Any way to have dashboard notifications ?

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to have some sort of notifications on the dashboard, like a red dot or something when something new happen that I'm concerned ? 

I know that you can get notified on the mobile app and by email, but if I get mentioned in an incident and I missed the notification email, there's no way that I can find that incident that I have been mentioned in.

This all depends on what the trigger is. Just a notification for you on a dashboard? No. Unless it's your own dashboard and nobody else is using it (a record you are mentioned in, will not show up in reports that show 'assigned to' or something like that.

That is why the notifications are created. You could check your instance configuration to see if you can have them show up under the 'bell' icon next to your avatar. We have that in place and I can easily find my notifications there.

The platform supports notification, but there needs to be some event or schedule.  For instance, you can schedule a report to go out every Monday morning or a notification when a target in Performance Analytics is met.

So, the answer would be most likely yes, but you need to have a use case to confirm it meets your needs.
