Flow is not getting triggered and Flow Context is missing on RITM

Flow context related link is missing on RITM record and also assignment group on the RITM is not attaching from the flow. Not sure if this triggering flow or not.

But I have attached flow on the catalog item and submitted the request via catalog item I can see REQ/RITM are getting created but I don't see Assignment group on the RITM and no related link "Flow Context" for the RITM.

Appreciate any inputs on this.

Hi how does the flow trigger? As a system or user session? also how are you setting the group? Screenshot will be helpful

It is triggered as System User. Setting assignment group from the flow.find_real_file.png

Have you tried testing the flow in the flow designer using the RITM you created? You could also check Flow Administration >Today's Executions to see if it fired at all.

I can see in Today's Executions list but state=Waiting
