Flow to create Incident Tasks

HI All

I'm attempting to create a flow to trigger some incident tasks but i can't get the flow to work. I am testing with a single task but evan this wont work. What am i doing wrong? When i test it works fine but when i raise an incident tasks won't create.

Trigger - Major Incident is Accpeted

Creat Task Action- create Task

Hi

instead of "Major Incident State is Accepted" configure "Major Incident State changes to Accepted"

That worked, aslo realised I missed the Inicident = Incident from the Action
