Is it possible to change the size of the fonts within the agent Workspace breadcrumbs at all?
I've had a look through field styles and searched accross the community and google but no luck! if anyone is able to help point me in the direction of where to do it, or confirm if it is not possible then let me know! ive highlighted the text that that i am referring to, the question has been asked regarding increasing the font size of the highlighted text in this image!

It is not possible to change the font size of the texts in workspace ,but i can give an alternative solution where you can create your own form headers.
navigate to workspace experience > forms > workspace for headers
or directly go to sys_aw_form_header.LIST this table.
and you can create a record by selecting the required table ,primary field (which will come in larger font on the workspace form )and the subheading field.(which will come in medium font).
Refer to below example. I did it for catalog task table.
In this example i create header for sc_task table and my primary field is number and subheading field is short description.
Note : This is created for my workspace which is a custom one not OOB agent workspace. You can configure for different workspaces by tagging your workspace in the workspace field.
And please see below screenshot for the output on the workspace.
In the output you can see Task number is in larger font as it was the primary field and short description is in medium font as it is given as a subheading.
I am assuming that you are doing it for KB articles .For your requirement you can configure your form header on "kb_template_kcs_article" this table where in the breadcrumb it is displaying the Knowledge base name and category.So you can give these fields in primary and subheading fields respectively so that font will be in larger size.

Using your advice above I have created a new workspace header form, then used the kb_template_kcs_article as the Table. For the Primary field I have selected "Knowledge base" and subheading as "Category".
However when previewing or opening a KB within the Agent Workspace, the font size has not increased.
Any advice on how to make the "IT | Microsoft" text larger? Many thanks.
