Gear Icon in Banner Frame

Good Day

In the Rome release there was a gear icon for system settings in the banner frame. I do not see that gear icon in San Diego. I would like to select the delegated developer option from the system settings. Can someone please help?

Thanks

Hi @BiancaK

with the new "Next Experience UI" (or "Polaris") there is a complete new arrangement of well-known functionalities and dialogs.

If you want to make familiar with the new UI based on what you know from previous versions, I recommend reading my article Interface Comparison between UI16 & the Next Experience

Kind regards

Hi @BiancaK

don't understand your question as setting delegates always had to be done on your personal profile page: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-servicenow-platform/page/use/employee-self-service/task/t_...

And the gear icon still exists, but in another place:

HI @Maik Skoddow

Thank you for your response. I am new so still learning. But in the Rome release I could go to the gear icon in the banner frame and get to the this pop up screen and then go to the developer tab:

But on San Diego when I go the gear icon I am not able to go to a developer tab:

But why is theme not showing???? I can see Display, Accessibility, Notification and Debugging. Is there a default setting for it somewhere to make it show under the preference?

Thanks
