Getting error 'Unable to load JDBC driver: com.sap.db.jdbc.Driver' while testing the data source.

Hi,

I have created a data source record to connect ServiceNow with SAP HANA database. When I click on the related list - Test Load 20 Records, I am getting this error - ' Unable to load JDBC driver: com.sap.db.jdbc.Driver'.

Why we are getting such error and how to resolve such kind of errors?
