I have created a Database view joining 3 cmdb tables (cmdb_ci_business_app, cmdb_rel_ci, cmdb_ci_service). Records display properly, but
1. On left clicking on 'Preview' icon, it shows- No Preview available.
2. On hovering over 'Preview' button, some junk data gets displayed.
3. On right clicking on 'Preview' button > Open in new tab, displays- Record not found.
Also, I am not getting option to Configure> Form Design/Layout. Is there a way to show proper preview OR just disable the Preview icon ?

or click on open record button in the prev screenshot and go to configure form layout / form design and arrange the form there

Also please check that Sys_popup view is available or not by going to form layout
