Global Description from HR Template not rendering on Portal (Employee center core)

Hi All,
I am having one issue with the HR Template where we are pulling some values from HRLE Case on Global Description on the HR Template form. When the task is rendered for admin then it is retrieving the values from the HR Task but when the task is rendered for an agent it is not displaying any values.
Please note the task is automatically generated based on the previous steps. When this task is assigned automatically to an admin(auto rule and for testing purpose) then it works correctly. But when the same task is auto generated and gets assigned to some agent it does not work.
But in portal for an agent
For admin:
What can be the reason behind this behavior? Since it is portal how can access related issue restrict it?

The script is also updated in our instances.
