Hello, I am working on integrating Google with ServiceNow using a direct integration profile. I'm following these steps. When clicking "Get OAuth Token" on the integration profile and signing in with the Google admin account that created the project on the Google side, I get the following error for the scheduled job SAM - Refresh Google Workspace Integration Subscriptions.
Error: "The REST API call failed with status code: 403"
I've verified all the previous steps were configured according to the instructions but no change. I also had another Google admin at our organization try the same steps with no change.
Does anyone have any experience with this that might know what the issue is?
