I am having trouble figuring out the difference between a Guided Visual Task Board (who's functionality I am familiar with) versus a Flexible VTB. Can anyone assist? I checked docs.service-now.com and the descriptions aren't helpful. Thanks in advance.

The difference is that while both the Flexible and Guided board display tasks that match conditions filtered against specific tables, the Flexible board allows users to define customized lanes, somewhat like on a Freeform board.
The Guided VTB does not allow users to customize or edit lanes, as they are based on specific field values and non-modifiable.
In other words, the functionality is very similar on the two boards. It is the level of customization and configuration which is different.
