Percentage of health Dashboard for our instance is poor because of heavily customization .
we would like to increase percentage of health Dashboard .
what would be an options apart from customization which will help for increase percentage of health scan

Hello,
One component of the healthscan is your score. The other (normally paid for) gives you a complete breakdown of the findings to act upon, and other scenarios, etc.
If you did not pay for this, you won't know precisely what the issues are and it would be up to your platform architects to help guide you though this (through knowing best practices, past experience, etc.).
I'd recommend to speak with your peers at Accenture for this question. Use your resources appropriately as this is something that affects your clients.

Hi Tanaji
I have worked on improving the health score. There are mutiple factors which are considered. Only way to deal with customization is to review it and use best practices for client and server side codes.
Even some minor things also play role for health score for example group should have at least one member etc.[groups should not be empty]. Replace DOM manipulation code etc.

Hey,
If you have done instance health scan, you will get the results in Result Scans dashboard.
Now in order to improve health of your instance, you can get in touch with your ServiceNow counterpart, they can layout a plan for you the roadmap.
Basically, it will be addressing high priority scan results to be addressed in phased manner.

Hi there,
Just increasing a percentage should not be the goal. Try to understand what's behind that percentage. What if you score 80%, though it only concerns prio 4 or 5 which are not oke? Or what if you score 90%, though several prio 1 issues?
Also some findings might not actually be correct or not a finding applicable for you. Because you are not using that part, you are using something different, etc..
Just looking at percentages is just... useless.
