Hi, Am trying to set the email notification reply to as "Service desk <instance@dfr.com>"
but, whenever the am trying to send an email reply it automatically set to "IT service desk <instance@dfr.com>"
Why the email name got changed from 'service desk' to 'IT service desk' when replying to the same email?
Thanks in Advance..!

Hi @vin6 ,
You need to rename the system propery called > glide.email.username
Fix: (The name comes from sys_properties)
Navigate to sys_properties.LIST > Search for > glide.email.username
change the property from ''IT Service Desk'' to ''Service Desk'' as needed .....
