Hello All,
We have a setup MS teams integration in our instance, But client is asking if we can setup something where in assigned to users will be notifed if incident is ageing more than one week.
Can someone help how this can be acheived?

so basically it has to be via a scheduled job or flow and the users should get notified on MS Teams.

Thanks @Ankur Bawiskar , I got it, Just a quick questions here users are notified through ServiceNow VA setup in our teams, Do we have any option that users can be notified directly like chat instead of users going to ServiceNow for Microsoft 365 app chat or Now Virtual agent?
Attached it the snippet how we are receiving now, Just want to check if we can get these updates direct to out DMs in MS teams.
