Hello,
I have selected in catalog view "No" and submitted and it did not auto populate the 'ID' field, which is correct because I did not select 'Yes' but on RITM it shows 'ID' field as mandatory. I'll attach a picture of my script and UI policy action as well, not sure what's causing this since I don't have anything mandatory for ID

I cannot reproduce this. Try deleting the ID field and recreating it. Hopefully this item is not already in your prod environment.

I tried deleting and recreating, still does the same thing. It is in my prod environment, could this be the issue? I had it mandatory in sandbox but in prod I changed it.

It should not be the issue. Once you change it, it should work fine. Although you should never change anything directly in prod. You may want to open a Now Support case.

Hi @karlab
Can you check the catalog variable once. I guess that variable is set to mandatory at variable level.
If this solution resolves your query, kindly mark it as the accepted solution and give it a thumbs up.

No it is not. I'm wondering if it's a bug
