Hide activity stream in workspace

Is there any way to hide the activity stream in workspace based on roles or any other way?

Hi, @PreethiG6447769 .

Create a separate view for each role, and configure those views so that fields placed in the Activity Stream are not included. You can then switch between views as needed. Alternatively, in a simpler way, consider switching the display by selecting “Editable record form only” from the three icons aligned at the bottom right of the screenshot.

Can you please help to understand better. There is no option to switch views in HR space.

Use [sysrule_view_workspace.list] and edit view rules. (Please also refer to the Form Setting tab.)

Example: Group 1, Group 2 should see the activity stream then you can follow this

-> create a new group, create new role and give to this group

-> create a new view for that table and include activity filter in that view

-> create separate Workspace View rule for each role

-> in roles give the role to whom it has to be seen and this view

-> then create another view rule with no roles and conditions and give the normal Workspace view and in that view the Activity filter will be there
