How can I build a portal?

I wanted to aks you for help how to build my own portal. If I build my portal using CSM what´s the difference to a protal built using ITSM?

You can build the portal on your own. The purpose of the portal is important—determine who will use it. If it is for internal users, then ITSM tables can be utilized. If it is for customers, then CSM tables can be used instead.
