In my project we were using checkboxes and having to write a UI Policy to only be able to select one checkbox. It kept breaking and I was asked to come up with a way to only be able to select one option. I researched and decided to use multiple choice. The issue I was having was setting the default value and then the default value would show up in the choice selection. I read this, and went back and under qualifications tab I selected Include None. This solved my problem. Default VALUE NO LONGER shows up and just the choices the client wants shows up and user can only select one choice. Now I have to update the workflow to reflect changes. But form works great.
