How can you automatically approve Requests which contain a specific Request Item?

I have a catalog item called 'New User', I would like requests for this item to be approved automatically.

Looking at the solution in this community post, I can see that it is easy to set up automatic approval for all incoming requests using Business Rules or Flow Designer. https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_forum&sys_id=2e299a2ddbd897c068c1fb651f961912. But I'm wondering if there is an easy way to apply these automatic approvals for my 'New User' Request without affecting any other Requests or Request items.

Hey Alberto,

Do you know if there is any reason why I might be missing the Request.Approved field in my action tab?

Select first "Request > Request fields, then the second time the Approval field will appear in the drop list.

It doesn't seem to appear in my instance. This is the issue I ran into in the first place, I  assumed the approval field would be there like it is in yours.

Please type sc_req_item.list and click the gear, you should have the Approval field as below:

Then, please share some printscreens of your business rule settings, ensure the application is set to Global

I can see the Approval field under sc_req_item.list and sc_request.list when I click on the gear, it just doesn't appear in the Business Rule action list, application is set to global.
