How do I use a CSM Workspace page/functionality in HR Agent Workspace?

Hi there, I hope everyone is doing great!!

 

There is a functionality that is the 'Retire button modal' that is configured for CSM Workspace and I want to use it in HR Agent Workspace.

I will leave some prints below.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the articles displayed on CSM Workspace, click the 3 dots and then Retire and watch the functionality it brings.

and then select the article you desire from the list of articles.

 

How do I use this same functionality but for an HR Agent Workspace button?

Hi @rafas_10 ,

You cannot bring this functionality from CSM to HR agent workspace unfortunately.

What you can do instead is, create a custom page variant and refer to this functionality from csm workspace and try replicating in HR agent workspace using UI Builder.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Sorry for the late response. As I made my research this should be OOTB for HR Agent Workspace as well, but I am not able to replicate that in my current instance. I have a duplicated page from the OOTB one, but even doing that in my PDI it still works.

 

Any ideia why?
