How do we get rid of the excessive amount of white space on our catalog requests?

The form has way too much white space and just does not look right. How do we reduce the amount of white space between variables?

Are there any variables being hidden on the form ? For example, between "Is this a client issue?" and "Login Credentials".
If not, I'd suggest you open a ticket in HI with Customer Support. There are a few known issues with variable size and alignment in Geneva, perhaps your instance is being impacted by one of them.
