I want to create a Knowledge feedback notification event.
When someone acknowledges that an article is Helpful Yes or No or leaves comments, I want the author to receive an email notification with that feedback.
What do you do if the author has moved into a new position and doesn't care or has left the company?
Do many of you also assign Knowledge articles to Assignment Groups too when creating articles to help alleviate this problem.....at least someone in the group should be able to help vet the article.

We do pretty much everything by Assignment Group (article retirement notifications, etc.) to prevent issues if/when someone leaves the company.

Valerie - do you simply add Assignment Group to the Create New Knowledge form? I have added that field in Configure > Form Layout. However, once I add it, I don't see it visible on the form. I go to Form Design and I can see that element THERE, but not on the form, so what am I missing?

Yes, that is the correct way to do it. If you just add it using the slushbuckets, it will go to the end of the list by default and end up at the very bottom of your form. Did you move it up using the up/down arrows to the right of the selector? We keep ours in the upper right (after the first split.)
