Hi,
I get an error when I try to setup a second key. I would like at least 2 keys linked to my account.
- Here is the link in the screenshot. Web Authentication: An API for accessing Public Key Credentials - Level 2 (w3.org)
- Google allows me to associate 25 hardware keys to one account. But I have run into situations where some providers only allow 1 key per account.

I was unable to find the information via documentation. But I did ask a ServiceNow Senior Advisory Solution Consultant and they explained that ServiceNow only allows you to register one security key per account.
I will submit a feature request suggesting ServiceNow allow more keys to be registered.

Hi,
This is the resolution I found for thsi kind of error can you please try.
Please check whether your yubikey is compatible with the browser
You can try to verify the key from yubico website: https://www.yubico.com/genuine
Check this article from yubico to confirm whether your device is Genuine

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I did double check and the keys are genuine.
I am able to duplicate the error on Edge and Chrome as well.
I will ask a few SN friends to register two or more keys to see if its working in general.
Thanks
