How t remove Filtering Task on Widget "HRM Todos Summary"

How to remove Filter By:.....(To Do's filter)configuration under M Tasks and My Issue is this filter ption is not showing in dev and it is visible in Prod, I am want hide this configuration.

Please can anyone help me on this?
