how to add a fifth icon/column in service portal

I am using the out of the box service portal and I would like to add a fifth icon/column to the basic vertical 4 icon across layout.   Has anyone done this or can give me ideas on how to do this?   I am not a programmer.

For example, you could add the 6x2 lay-out, just remove one block, and edit others like:

This gives me now 5 columns:

Do test carefully with resizing your window, if the bootstrap adjusts like you would expect!
