How to add a module to service portal?

I have created a record list module and I want add this module to service portal.I have tried with simple List widget but it doesn't work.If you have any other options please suggest me.

Hey,

With the help of Glide Record you can do that glide complete list & show into table format on widget & drag that widget to portal page.

Here I have fetch the few column from incident list same you try with your list

or with the help of Simple list widget you also you can achieve this provide you have to clone the widget & understand the functionality of that widget like this widget needs the sys_id to show the list.

You have to take care of that id

Hi,

You can navigate to the portals and then find the service portal which you are using

In the portals you can find the main menu and navigate into that menu

And in the menu items, click on the new button and add the module which you want to make it to display on portal.
