How to add attachments to a form?

Hi,

Can someone show me the Steps on "How to add attachment(s) to a form?"?

The catalog item form has an Update button which when clicked brings up the File Manager "Open" dialog where you can choose the folder and file to attach to the form.

Ok so this is an attachment type variable. The button says upload not update. Are you trying to add an attachment using this variable in ATF?

Yes, I am trying to add an attachment via the Upload button on the form or via the Step "Add Attachments to Form" but it is giving the "Invalid table" error.

I tried "Add Attachments to Form" Step and uploaded or attached a small file with a sample screenshot and I am getting "Invalid table" error.

Another Update button on the catalog item form is for attaching a Word document but it did not get executed due to the previous error above so I don't know if I will get the same "Invalid table" error.

How do I resolve this "Invalid table" error?

When done manually, the 2 Attachments were uploaded to the catalog item form and I was able to Submit or Order the form.

Additional info....

In the Log file, I am seeing the error below
