how to add report in simple list widget?

I have one report that added directly on portal page but it showing List chart is not supported in Service Portal widgets. Please use Simple List widget instead.

There are two possibility
1. If you want to use the report, then please add it to a dashboard and show that dashboard in an iframe in service portal
2. on the page designer search for simple list widget, you can drag to the container on right.  after that you can click on the pencil icon(see the screenshot) to edit the preferences. Then you can provide the details as per your list, scroll below to save.

Simple list widget shows the record as a list for the required query. We cannot add report to simple list widget but we can show the record as it is to show list report.
