How to add spell check

How do I add spell check to additional comments and work notes? For all INC, RITM, PRB, CHANGES?

Step by step instructions please. I found the below document but it is not clear:

you need to mark spell check as true to enable that.

What version are you on?  That doc is very old.  This may be more useful as it is London.  You may also want to see this.  However, I utilize the browser spell check which I find easier and more useful.  Does require the user to configure their own browser individually.
