How to add version information in script?

In scope application's scripts, I wanted to add version .So when I came to develop something I will understand the version of the script.

Is there any provisions in ServiceNow to add the version in the scripts.

What form you are looking for?

Possibly you need to configure the related list and add the Versions related list to the view
